Terms of use for Radar data files

1. The files are provided free of charge for your own analysis, research, teaching and internal work within your organisation.
2. Any use in a publication, presentation or product names the source: "Source: Private Credit Radar, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, version" followed by the version stated in the file.
3. You may quote and chart individual figures. You may not redistribute, publish or resell the files or substantial parts of them, alone or in a database or product, without written permission.
4. The data are computed from public SEC filings as described in the method note. They are provided as they are, without warranty of accuracy or completeness; corrections are listed at privatecreditradar.eu/errata.
